After the first day of treatment, my back was killing me. Not sure if my kidneys were in shock or if it was sore from the recliner at the center. The chair was unproportioned for me because I’m short. I realized that there was a gap behind my lower back and the chair. I needed something to fill the gap and provide support.
I started stuffing my jacket behind me, but that still did not offer the support I needed. I looked for pillows that were small, yet supportive and found the perfect pillow!

I probably should buy another one to put one behind my head. It’s definitely a recommendation for anyone who sleeps while they are there.
